Dana Preobrazhenskaya is a producer and project manager with a unique background spanning film production, business analytics, and large-scale media operations. With over a decade of experience leading complex productions in both creative and government media environments, she brings a rare combination of operational precision, strategic thinking, and creative intuition to every project.
Dana holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film & TV Directing from Moscow State University of Culture and Art and is currently completing her MBA at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School with a focus on Business Analytics, Risk Management, and AI for Business. Her background includes producing and managing over 1,000 multimedia projects at Voice of America, where she led operational planning for major global broadcasts and international coverage.

Vivian Cabral is a healthcare and life sciences strategist with over two decades of experience making the complex feel clear and the technical feel human. She has led high-impact programs at Pfizer, the UCLA–UCI Alpha Stem Cell Clinic, the XPRIZE Foundation, Edelman, and Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures, working at the intersection of medicine, clinical research, digital health, and strategic communications. What drives her is the belief that the most important work in science and healthcare happens beneath the surface and that surfacing it, in the right way, for the right audiences, is how change moves.
Vivian brings a rare combination of operational rigor and storytelling instinct to every engagement. She has spent her career translating research, data, and innovation into strategies that resonate with patients, providers, policymakers, and founders and she knows how to build the structures that allow those stories to land with lasting impact. Vivian holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, an MPH from Boston University, an MS in Strategic Communications from Columbia University, and a BS from the University of Michigan.
Anastasiia Polyakov is an award-winning photographer, filmmaker, and creative strategist with over 15 years of experience in marketing, data analytics, photography, and filmmaking. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (minor in Technology Entrepreneurship) from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, as well as an MFA in Film & Media Production from American University.
With a strong background in both business and visual storytelling, Anastasiia understands the unique needs organizations face when it comes to media, design, and branding.
